white plastic swoosh bling peels offDec 22, 2010
By Jonathan Graehl I've played a lot of soccer in these on astroturf. I like them. I haven't had any problems practicing in thick or wet grass, either.
However, the white split swoosh on my kicking foot cracked and its stitching detached, so it was a loose flap. I tore it off (leather underneath is fine) and I'm happy. I doubt it served any functional purpose (shock absorber?). Maybe someone stepped caught it with their cleat.

Not so pleasedJul 28, 2011
By cherokee The first day playing with these shoes I was excited as the ground I was playing on is hard and these turf shoes gave me great touch on the ball. Unfortunately afterwards when I got home, I noticed that they started coming apart. I should have sent them back right then. However I live in Hawaii and it is difficult to get shoes on this island.
I continued to use them and after 3 days playing on them I had rubbed a hole in the back of my heal, which has taken over 2 weeks to heal. When you love soccer it is hard to pull yourself off the field. Pain really didn't set in until after playing. After sitting out for almost 3 weeks, I played with the shoes again, and they continue to rub in the same place.
Before I end up with a hospital bill, I just put my next order in for a replacement shoe and spent $100 + to make sure I take care of my feet.
Nice, but runs smallJan 02, 2012
By K This is a great shoe, but it runs small. Got it for my husband for Christmas. Matched brand/size to his old pair, yet came up short. Too bad. He would have loved it had we'd known to order a size bigger.
