These bands were just what I needed after my severe ankle injury. I was struggling with my foot work and the ankle bands caused just enough imbalance to help with my confidence that my ankle was healthy enough to play basketball at full speed. With that said the elasticity quickly was not enough to continue to strengthen my ankle. But worked great in the beginning to build my stability.
