Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R1BJLGYKS97RGQ This is my first time buying my own cones and I was worried about these being stiff and therefore becoming brittle over time like many others I've used in the past. I've only had these for a couple of weeks, but I don't think they'll get brittle for a very long time, especially if stored out of the sun. They are very pliable but not floppy, so they will kind of fold in and then immediately pop back up if you step on one side. If you step right on the middle of the cone, it will fold in and stick, but you can very easily pop it back out into its original shape. Again, though they are pliable they are not floppy, so they stack well. So far I haven't had any blow away, even with mild wind on artificial turf. I think they are just a bit more difficult to accidentally kick over than more stiff cones. In addition to the label and brand name that someone else mentioned is imprinted on the side (I bought the orange cones), there is also a "Lifetime Guarantee" imprinted. I looked on the Kwikgoal website and found that "Lifetime" refers to the expected lifespan of the product, not yours! You can download a list of Kwikgoal products and their lifespans from the Kwikgoal website. This is the information given for cones:

Notes: Plastic deteriorates in sunlight. Kwik Goal's cone material thickness leads the industry, but will weaken over time in the sun.
So the "Lifetime Guarantee" is only a one-year guarantee! Not sure how they get away with that, but I think these will last much longer than one year if cared for properly.

These are way better than the ones I purchased at my local wally world, which were much more brittle and were easy to break. These are durable and don't break as easily. Great training tool.

these are great, high quality cones. the bit of texture makes marking your initials on it very easy (won't rub off) so other coaches don't poach your cones. these will hold up for many seasons. i also purchased World Sport Disc Cone Sets (50 or 100 Multi Color / 50 or 100 Half Orange Half Yellow) which are nice (not as nice as the kwik goal ones) and they have a carrier which will hold 100 cones. i would buy these again when the time comes for more.

I purchased the cones for my kindergarten basketball team and chose these cones because of the low price. They turned out to be perfect because they are very flexible so when the kids step on the cones or twist and turn them inside out, the cones return to the original shape and they do not fall apart.
