    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Regular shipping takes from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental US). All products are expected to ship from our warehouse within 24 hours. If you would like a quicker shipment, feel free to choose the Express 2 Day Shipping options. If you have any customization on your order, it will add 1-2 days to the processing of the order.

    If your shipping preference is UPS, please note delivery days are Mon-Fri. UPS does NOT deliver on weekend days unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested. This option does incur an additional cost. Cut off time for such orders is Thursday at 2 PM CST. The expected delivery date is quoted at the time of order submission.

    Example: an order placed on Thursday at 1 pm CST with UPS 3 day express will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

    Goals or other large field equipment must be returned to the manufacturer. Please contact us in order to receive specific instructions and address information. Field equipment returned to the wrong location will result in a 15% restocking fee. If an error was made on our part, we will email you a label to be used at no cost to you. 

    What if I want to return an item, but no longer have my invoice?

    No problem, we simply need your invoice/order number and name or phone number to locate your original order. Kindly attach your information when returning the order for timely return processing.

    How can I return new items?

    If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, that includes the box/packaging that it came in. If the item was sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return.

    We are unable to refund return shipping costs. If an error was made on our part, we will email you a label to be used at no cost to you. If you choose to return merchandise at your own cost, the return address is below. Retain any tracking numbers and receipts. We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost en route. We do not accept CODs or packages marked "Bill Recipient".  

    During the holiday season, any purchase made in November and December will be thought of as a gift and will have until January 15th to be returned.  

    Goal Kick reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s), or assess a 15-50% re-stocking fee if the above terms have not been followed. The re-stocking fee will be based upon original order date, date of return, and the condition of the return.  

    There will be a 15% restocking fee assessed to returns that consist of 6 or more team pieces or field equipment [i.e. goals, rebounders, poles, corner flags, etc.] Goal Kick reserves the right of discretion when assessing this fine based on the the items measurements, weight, and/or order frequency. 

    All restocking fees will be deducted from the return amount. 

    We cannot accept returns on the following items:

    • Warm up suit parts - any item sold as a set must be returned as a set. 
    • DVDs, videos, or books.
    • Customized, worn or laundered items of any kind. 
    • Customized items, including those with local soccer club logos, may only be eligible for return if there is a defect or error in the customization.

    How long will it take for my Return/Exchange to be processed?

    Returns are usually processed within 1-3 business days after they arrive at our location. Domestic exchanges are shipped via standard ground service at no additional charge to you. Allow 1-2 weeks from the time you send your return to receive your exchange order.

    How long do I have to send back my return/exchange before it expires?

    Once a return request has been approved you have 30 days to send the item(s) back to the Goal Kick warehouse. If items are not returned within the 30 day period your return is considered void. Items returned after the 30 day period may be subject to a restocking fee if your return is deemed acceptable by Goal Kick staff. Goal Kick reserves to right determine if a return is valid after the 30 day period and to issue a restocking fee.

    I wish to return/exchange my order, but I don't want to be stuck without any gear while I wait for the replacement item. Can we work something out?

    In order to make sure you are not left without any gear, you can place a new order for the replacement item by calling 712-208-8489. We will charge you for the order but will ship them via our ground service for free. If you prefer items to be sent via Federal Express, there will be an additional $14.99 shipping fee. When we receive the Return order, the charge for the original item will be credited back to your credit card. This option gets the replacement item to you the fastest. 

    If I receive a defective item, what is the return procedure?

    Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. Many of the items we sell require special care because of the materials they are made of (leather, latex foam, performance fabrics, etc.) It's our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects for apparel and footwear will be evident in the first 60 days after the purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item for up to 60 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund.

    Due to the intense nature of the game, all items - especially footwear and gloves - will experience normal wear and tear such as: color loss, material wear, loose threads, small gaps between the outsole and the upper, etc. 

    All equipment may need replacement after a season of play due to normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear will begin to show even within the first few uses. This is both normal and expected. These occurrences are common and not indicative of an item's defectiveness (poor workmanship or materials). 
    Very few items are truly defective. Genuine defects most often reveal themselves within 60 days of purchase. An item's price does not indicate longevity, merely the quality of the materials and technology used in its construction.
    You may also notice that some non-apparel and non-footwear items have extended warranties that will of course be honored during the life of their guarantee.

    We also recognize that in extreme circumstances, an item you have owned for more than 60 days, even one that does not show excessive wear or maintenance neglect, may truly be defective. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim. We have designed our Returns process to support a reasonable cost of doing business and avoid needless waste.

    Backorders

    An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." When you place an item on backorder, we will ship the item via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it has shipped, and you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders.

    In regards to an international order, we are only able ship one (1) package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the backordered items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered item(s) from your order and re-order them when they are in-stock.
