📦 How to Start a Return
Use our Returns Portal to begin the return process. Just have your order number handy and follow the on-screen steps.
📅 Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they meet the following conditions:
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging (shoe boxes, tags, and polybags included)
- Sets must be returned complete (e.g., jacket and pants together)
📦 We do not cover return shipping unless the error was ours. Please keep your tracking info.
🎄 Holiday Returns
Orders placed in November or December can be returned through January 15th to make gift giving easier.
🔁 Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or item?
- Place a new order at your convenience
- Send the original item back through our Returns Portal
- We'll issue a refund once we receive the original

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe you've received a defective product, contact us within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
Items with extended manufacturer warranties will be handled according to those terms.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Customized, worn, or laundered items
- Decorated items (items with any customization or decoration applied)
- Warm-up suit parts returned individually
💸 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected—usually within 1–3 business days.
If your item was returned as part of an exchange, allow 1–2 weeks for your replacement to arrive.
